Real homemade dumplings are always tasty, satisfying and healthy. But what if you have very little time to prepare them, but you still want to enjoy such a wonderful dish? For such cases, there is a recipe for lazy dumplings in a frying pan.

A dish like lazy dumplings is prepared very quickly, and most importantly - simply. Such quick meals are ideal in the summer, when you want to relax, eat more and stand at the stove less during the hot season, which is why they are called lazy.

For lazy dumplings, you can use any dough recipe that suits you. But I will share with you my own, which in turn is one of the fastest and easiest, it is more convenient to make dough without yeast.

Step three - spreading minced meat over the surface of the dough

The thickness of the meat layer depends on your preference. For this you need to use about half of all the minced meat, so that the rest is enough for the second batch of dumplings.

To prepare lazy dumplings in it, you will use the same recipe for preparing minced meat and dough, which is described above. In the future, your actions should be as follows:

  1. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl.
  2. On the device panel you need to select the frying mode and select the product - meat.
  3. Then you can press the “Start” button and wait for the multicooker to heat up.
  4. When the multicooker is hot, you can put the dumplings in the bowl.
  5. Fry the dumplings on each side for 3-4 minutes.

This delicious fantasy on the age-old dumpling theme requires virtually no attention, and not only a novice housewife can cope with it. A man who wants to surprise his beloved with his originality can, for the sake of variety, give her unusual and charming rose dumplings as a gift.

Preparation

What you can't do without:

  • without a deep bowl for mixing ingredients;
  • without a whisk;
  • without a tablespoon;
  • without cling film;
  • graters with a large nozzle;
  • without container for preparing minced meat;
  • without a wide knife;
  • rolling pins;
  • without a frying pan with high sides and another smaller one;
  • without a stove (gas or electric). In order for our beautiful dumplings to also turn out tasty, we need to strictly follow the technology. It will take quite a bit of time, but the main thing is not to rush.
    1. Let's start preparing the lazy rose dumplings with the dough, since it will still need to sit. So, take our deep bowl and pour half of the water into it. Immediately add eggs to it, chat, add salt.
    2. The next ingredient is flour. It would be advisable to sift it. Mix it with the egg mixture with a whisk - it’s easier this way and there won’t be any lumps. The result should be a tight and elastic dough. Under no circumstances should it stick to your hands!
    3. After kneading it thoroughly, we throw it on the table several times as hard as we can. This is an ancient technique of kneading dough so that it becomes perfectly homogeneous.
    4. We wrap it in cling film and leave it to rest and ripen.
    5. It's time for the filling. In our case, this is ready-made minced meat, which consists of 70% pork. The rest is ground beef pulp. However, these proportions are arbitrary and, of course, can be changed. So, salt the minced meat and season with pepper.
    6. After peeling 2 onions, turn them into puree using a grater and add to the meat.
    7. Now - the most interesting part. We divide our dough into three equal parts. We put two aside, and with the help of an indispensable assistant, a rolling pin, we turn one into a pancake about 3 mm thick.


    8. Using a spoon, spread the filling onto it in an even layer and roll it up. We pinch the edges of the roll along the entire length.



    9. Cut the resulting semi-finished roll into equal pieces. Their width should be slightly less than the height of the prepared pan.
    10. We put our future rosette dumplings in it with the filling up and down.
    11. We do the same with the rest of the dough and filling.
    12. The last stage is preparing the vegetable “pillow” for our beautiful dumplings. First, peel the carrots, onions and garlic. Grate the carrots and chop the onion and garlic with a knife.
    13. In a slightly heated small frying pan, simmer all this in oil, remembering to stir so as not to burn
    14. Separately, you need to combine sour cream and dill. By the way, it doesn’t have to be dried – you can also use fresh herbs, including parsley (if you like).
    15. Add the remaining water, add salt and shake.
    16. Add our stewed vegetables to the resulting sour cream and dill mash and place everything together on top of the future rose dumplings.
    17. Place the frying pan on the fire and cover it.
    18. You don’t need to simmer the rose dumplings for long – just 12-15 minutes, until the meat is steamed.

    Having removed the lid, we can’t resist an exclamation of delight: we’ve got real rose dumplings! And how tasty and aromatic they are! You can serve them to the table directly in a frying pan or by placing them in a deep bowl and always with adjika!

Dumplings are loved in every home. Homemade dumplings made with your own hands are considered especially significant for those who love a delicious lunch. But how tiring it is to spend hours making little lumps of dough and minced meat that attract you to the table.

The solution is recipes for lazy dumplings - a dish that is not inferior to the original either in taste or appearance.

Oven recipes

The secret of this recipe lies in the cooking method, because lazy dumplings do not require individual modeling. And one of the quick and enjoyable ways to prepare lazy dumplings is to bake them in the oven.

Ingredients:

  • flour – 3-4 tbsp;
  • egg – 1 pc;
  • minced meat – 0.5 kg;
  • – 1-2 pcs;
  • carrots – 1 piece;
  • tomato paste, frying oil, salt, pepper and spices;
  • water – 2 tbsp.

Preparation:

  1. In a deep bowl, mix 1 glass of water, a pinch of salt and 1 egg until smooth.
  2. Add flour into the mixture in small portions, continuing to stir. The dough will begin to thicken, continue kneading until we get an elastic and soft dough.
  3. Place the finished dough aside for 30-40 minutes to allow it to rest - this will give it more elasticity necessary to obtain a thin layer.
  4. You can prepare vegetable gravy. In a frying pan greased with vegetable oil, fry the onion, peeled and cut into small cubes, until golden brown.
  5. Peel the carrots and chop them on a fine grater. Add the fried onion to the frying pan and simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Add 2-3 tbsp to the pan. tomato paste, 1 glass of water, salt and favorite spices. The vegetable mixture will serve as a gentle “cushion” for lazy dumplings and add juiciness to them.
  7. We begin to “sculpt” dumplings. The dough needs to be rolled out to a thin layer, no more than 3 mm thick and a shape approaching rectangular. For convenience, divide a large piece of dough into 2 smaller pieces and roll them out alternately.
  8. Spread the minced meat on the rolled out dough in an even layer. It can be peppered and salted.
  9. Roll the resulting “blank” of dough and minced meat into a roll and cut into rings 3-4 cm wide. These will be dumplings.
  10. Pour the prepared vegetable gravy onto a deep baking sheet and place the chopped roll rings here. You get small rosettes from dough and minced meat in vegetable gravy.
  11. Cover the baking sheet tightly with foil and place in the oven preheated to 180°C for 45 minutes. Remove the foil from the baking sheet and put it in the oven to simmer for another 20-25 minutes. Ready-made lazy dumplings look elegant and can be served at the holiday table.

In the described version, products that are available to every housewife are used. The dish can be supplemented with cheese crumbles sprinkled on the “dumpling roses”, chopped zucchini, bell peppers, tomatoes in a vegetable “pillow” or replace the vegetable sauce with sour cream sauce.

Frying pan recipes

For housewives who don’t like to deal with the oven and value speed of cooking, there are recipes for lazy dumplings in a frying pan. Such dumplings are no less appetizing, and they are attractive in appearance, so they are even suitable for a holiday table.


Ingredients:

  • flour – 3-4 tbsp;
  • egg – 1 pc;
  • minced meat – 0.5 kg;
  • onions – 1-2 pcs;
  • carrots – 1 piece;
  • sour cream – 1 tbsp;
  • tomato paste – 1 tbsp;
  • frying oil, salt, pepper and spices;
  • greenery;
  • water – 2 tbsp.

Preparation:

  1. It is better to start cooking with the dough so that it has time to “rest”, this will improve the stickiness and elasticity, and it will be more convenient to work with it. For the dough, we need to mix flour, 1 glass of water, an egg and a pinch of salt in a deep bowl. It’s better to beat the egg a little, you can immediately add salt and water, and only then add flour to the mixture. You need to knead thoroughly to prevent the formation of flour lumps, and the consistency of the dough should be elastic, but not hard.
  2. While the dough is cooling, prepare a frying pan in which we will stew the lazy dumplings. The pan must be used with high edges and a tight-fitting lid. Grease the bottom of the frying pan with oil for frying.
  3. Peel and chop the onions and carrots: the onions into small cubes, for quickness the carrots can be grated on a fine grater.
  4. Place the onion in a heated frying pan and fry until golden brown. Add carrots to the onion and simmer together for a few minutes. Let the vegetables fry for a few minutes without heat to form the dumplings.
  5. To make dumplings using the lazy method, you need to roll out the dough in a large layer, no more than 3 mm thick and rectangular in shape. For ease of rolling, you can divide the dough into 2-3 equal parts and roll out the layers one by one.
  6. Place the minced meat on the dough and distribute it evenly over the entire surface. You can use any minced meat. If necessary, you can pepper the minced meat directly laid out on the dough, and you can also add your favorite spices to the meat, herbs or a little onion.
  7. We roll the entire workpiece into a roll and cut it into pieces 3-4 cm wide. On one side, the resulting pieces are slightly molded into the edges of the dough, as if “sealing” them, and the edges with the cut and visible minced meat remain open and look like a rose.
  8. Place the lazy rose dumplings on the sealed side in a frying pan on top of the vegetables and fry them together a little. This will secure them and prevent the meat juice from leaking out of the dumplings.
  9. After frying, add the stewing mixture to the same pan - spoons of tomato paste and sour cream with spices mixed in a glass of water. Drenched dumplings should not be submerged in gravy. Let the top part be a little higher - this way they will not lose their shape and taste.
  10. Simmer everything together on medium in a frying pan under a closed lid for 30-40 minutes.
  11. Open the lid, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs and let simmer for another 10-15 minutes, allowing the excess water from the pan to evaporate.

Dumplings prepared according to this recipe are “lazy”, since each dumpling is not molded separately. It is much easier to prepare and larger in size. You can simply pour water into the mold, add salt and lay out the prepared dumplings, then cook in the oven. But I prefer to cook lazy dumplings in various sauces. You can reduce the cooking time for dumplings by making them easier to make. In this case, the dough is rolled out thinly and the minced meat is distributed in an even layer. The dough with filling is rolled into a roll and then cut into pieces. Ready-made lazy dumplings are served with sour cream, adjika, and chopped herbs.

To prepare lazy dumplings in the oven, I prepare the ingredients according to the list.

I peel and wash the onions. I cut one onion into small cubes, two into half rings.

I peel the carrots, wash them, and grate them on a coarse grater.

I'm preparing minced meat. In a bowl, combine minced meat, diced onion, chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste.

Mix the minced meat well and put it aside.

Then I prepare the dough. Sift the flour into a bowl, add the egg, salt, and melted butter.

I add water and knead the dough. I put it in a bag and put it aside.

I'm preparing the sauce. In a frying pan, lightly fry the onions in butter or vegetable oil. Add grated carrots and fry a little more.

Then I pour in the pureed tomato pulp.

Add sour cream, salt and ground black pepper to taste.

I pour water into the pan and let the sauce boil.

I take 1/3 of the dough and roll it into a thin circle with a rolling pin. If necessary, I add a little flour so that the dough does not stick to the table and rolling pin.

Using a glass or a round cutter, I cut out circles from the dough.

I lay out 4 circles in a row, going a little over the previous one.

Using the round handle of a wooden spoon or spatula, I press the circles as in the photo.

I place the minced meat in a strip in the middle of the circles.

I close the minced meat by folding the dough circles in half.

I roll the dough with minced meat into a “roll”.

I pinch the edge of the resulting “rose” so that the workpiece does not unwind. You can spread the petals a little to the sides to make the “roses” more beautiful. This is how I make the rest of the dumplings.

I prepare lazy dumplings in several forms, but you can bake them in one large form. I distribute the sauce into the molds.

I place the lazy dumplings in the pan with the sauce, spacing them out slightly from each other, as they will increase in size during cooking.

Cover the pan with foil.

I place the forms of lazy dumplings in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. I cook for about 45-50 minutes.

I decorate the finished dish with herbs.

You will be surprised how much the overall cooking time for this delicious dish will be reduced. Specifically in this recipe we will cook the dish in a frying pan, but this is not a rule, but rather a recommendation. Stewed dumplings will turn out to be very satisfying, both meat and dairy.

Cooking steps

    First, let's prepare the minced meat. Rinse the meat, beef and pork in water, cut into large pieces. Wash and peel the onion and cut it into large cubes. Let's pass all the ingredients through a meat grinder. Add salt, pepper and any other spices to taste to the bowl. You can also add crushed garlic cloves for a spicy kick.

    To create the dough, we need to sift the flour onto a clean and dry countertop. Make a depression in the center of a small hill, break an egg into it, and add salt. Mix the ingredients in portions, adding water to the flour. The dough should be quite stiff and not stick too much to your fingers. We form a ball, wrap it in cling film and let it sit for a while. This will take at least half an hour. Roll out the finished dough on a dry surface (thickness no more than 2 millimeters). Spread all the minced meat evenly over the dough. Roll the dough into a voluminous meatloaf as shown in the photo. Make sure that the edge of the dough is pressed well against the roll and does not come unglued.

    Cut the finished roll into relatively equal large pieces. This is precisely the principle of laziness of these dumplings. We didn't have to wrap dozens of small dumplings.

    Let's prepare the sauce with which we will cook dumplings. To do this, mix sour cream and suneli hops in a deep bowl.

    You can cook dumplings in the usual way, steamed, or in the microwave. We offer you a frying pan option. To do this, first grate the carrots on a coarse grater and squeeze a few peeled cloves of garlic into it. Mix the ingredients and fry a little, add sour cream sauce diluted with water and place pieces of rolls on top, on top of which you can put a small piece of butter.

    We simmer our dumpling rolls under the lid over low heat. When almost all the water has evaporated, serve and serve the dish to the table. Lazy dumplings in a frying pan are ready.
