Well, good morning, kitchen! On the way to the refrigerator, we look into the bread bin - what do we have in stock? Great, the baguette is soft on the inside, with a crispy crust on the outside, it’s good on its own, and ideal as a base for sandwiches! We cut the baguette into slices up to 1 cm thick. And we rush to the refrigerator.





We take out from the depths a handsome white man with a cold heart... no, not butter, everything is much more interesting - processed cheese. But the cheese is not the kind that is cut, but the kind that is spread - pasty. It's very convenient - you don't have to wait for it to heat up (unlike oil). And the sandwich turns out tastier, honestly!





So, what else do we have hidden? Smoked meat is great! This time I bought veal - interesting taste, beautiful meat. But usually this is smoked pork ham or ham, that is, what you can always find in the store. Well, if you are lucky enough to get meat smoked at home - that’s it, consider that you are a winner.
