Literally the easiest (pour a small handful of vegetables into a ceramic mug, add egg whites or the whole egg, cheese and stir, put in the microwave), in every sense, a dish that can be cooked in any container, for example, in a mug.

You can eat it plain or put it between two slices of bread for a sandwich.

Ingredients:

  • chopped fresh mushrooms - 2 tbsp. spoons
  • thinly chopped onion - 1 tbsp. spoon
  • asparagus cut into small pieces - 1 tbsp. spoon
  • chopped tomatoes - 1 tbsp. spoon
  • eggs - 1 large or 2
  • milk - 3 tbsp. spoons
  • slice of cheese - 1
  • black pepper, garlic powder, salt and other spices - to taste.

Preparation

Grease the mug with oil. Add all the vegetables and microwave for 1-2 minutes. Pour in the egg, lightly beaten with milk, stir (although you can leave it like that, then there will be vegetables at the bottom and an egg on top). Cook in the microwave for another minute. Add coarsely grated cheese, mix carefully and leave for 45-60 seconds. Cook at maximum power.

Let the omelet cool slightly and enjoy!
