    Ingredients:

    500 g sifted flour;

    250 g granulated sugar;

    100 g butter;

    100 g milk;

    25 g honey;

    Egg C2 3 g;

    Soda 10 g;

    Cinnamon 3 g;

    Vanilla essence.

    Preparation:

    1. Melt the sugar over low heat until golden brown, and at the same time bring the milk to a boil.

    2. Pour hot milk into sugar and mix well.

    From unpainted marzipan we cut out the ears - a small circle, which we will then divide in half.

    We finish decorating the monkey’s face: using unpainted marzipan we form the light part of the face and sculpt a three-dimensional smile.

    Marzipan is a fairly sticky material, so it doesn't need glue.

    We make the eyes and banana from mastic.

    Now we take nail scissors and make cuts on the surface of the cone, cutting each new row in a checkerboard pattern. I have separate nail scissors for these purposes, especially for use in cooking, I bought the cheapest ones, they will do just fine.


    The result is such a cute Christmas tree, all that remains is to liven it up a little and decorate it with New Year’s toys.


    Using food coloring diluted in a small amount of water, we brush over the tree. I dip the brush into the dye, then squeeze it a little on the napkin, and only then on the Christmas tree. For the toys, I used regular children's candies, which are sold in every store. I glued the candies under the branches; when you lift them, the mastic inside is sticky and the candies stick to it without much difficulty. That's it, the Christmas tree for the cake is ready.



    Now you can start sculpting a snowman. We will need a piece of white mastic and a piece of mastic of a different color, mine was pink.
    Let's start sculpting a snowman with the body. Let's make a small cone, just don't make the top sharp. After rolling small balls, we make legs for the snowman.


    We make the handles from mastic, rolled into a sausage (a very small piece). Let's flatten the sausage a little, and make a mitten on the edge by simply making an incision and adjusting it a little.


    Glue the arms to the body, smearing the edges with water.


    Let's start shaping the head. Place a ball of mastic under the eyes and nose.


    We make the nose from a tiny piece of red mastic. We just give it the shape of a carrot, make small cuts and the carrot-snout is ready.


    Having made a depression on the head under the spout, lubricate it with some water and simply insert our spout into place. We simply paint the eyes with black paint. And we form the mouth with the help of a toothpick, making the snowman smile.

    Now we will make our snowman a scarf and a hat. I wanted the scarf to be striped, so I put strands of white fondant on a rolled out piece of pink mastic and rolled it a little more with a rolling pin.
