Let it simmer for about 20-25 minutes. In the meantime, let's prepare the filling: beat the powdered sugar with the cream and add the cream cheese. Carefully remove the finished pears, cool and remove the core. Boil the wine with spices until thick, add a little cognac and strain. Fill the middle of the pear with cream cheese mixture, decorate with cream, pour sauce over it and sprinkle with nuts. That's all, the original pear dessert in syrup is ready!

Ingredients:

  • pear – 2 pcs.;
  • cottage cheese – 100 g;
  • – 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • liquid honey – 1 teaspoon;

When it becomes soft, put it in a bowl, break the egg here, add sugar and mix. Gradually add sifted flour, baking powder and vanillin. Mix all the ingredients well and knead into a soft dough. Then wrap it in cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. During this time, we will prepare the filling for the pie: wash the fruit, dry it, remove it stalks, cut off the peel and remove the seed pods. Next, cut the apples and pears into small slices and sprinkle with sugar. Coat the multicooker bowl with butter, lay out the dough and carefully distribute it along the bottom, forming sides.
