The cheese in the recipe is of hard varieties, for example, Dutch. Fresh dill can be replaced with other herbs (parsley, green onions).

  • Lettuce (leaf) – 1 bunch;
  • Egg – 1 pc.;
  • Salt, pepper - at your discretion;
  • Mayonnaise – 180–200

Preparation:

  1. Boil the egg hard and then grate it on a fine grater.
  2. Squeeze 2/3 of the mayonnaise into a bowl and add a finely grated egg to it.
  3. Finely grate the melted cheese into the mixture. To make it easier to grate, put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  4. Now add salt, a little pepper and mix well. Our mixture should not be too thick, but not liquid either. Adjust this with the remaining mayonnaise.
  5. Spread the resulting mixture evenly over the lavash. We do this carefully so as not to spoil the sheet; here the layer of the mixture should be moderate (2–3 mm). We do not smear the edge (1 cm).
  6. Thaw the crab sticks (if they were frozen) and cut them into small squares. Place them on top of the mixture and then lightly press them into the mayonnaise.
  7. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes (or strips) and place them on top of the crab sticks.
  8. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Spread them evenly on top of the cucumbers. They should completely cover the pita bread.
  9. Now tightly roll the pita bread into a roll and pack it in cellophane or foil.
  10. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1–1.5 hours.
  11. Before serving, cut the appetizer into portions with a sharp knife and decorate beautifully.
