  • 250 ml mayonnaise;
  • 70-100 grams of hard cheese;
  • a couple of garlic cloves;
  • lettuce leaves;
  • salt + freshly ground black pepper;
  • dill or parsley.

Chop the peeled onion into small cubes. Peel the carrots and grate them coarsely. Fry the onion in hot oil until golden brown. Then add carrots to the same frying pan. We simmer it until it softens.

Then add minced meat to the vegetables. Salt the mixture and season it. Simmer the minced meat until cooked, stirring the contents of the pan from time to time.

Cut the tomatoes into slices approximately 0.5 cm thick. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Grind the peeled garlic cloves using a garlic press and mix with. Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them. We chop the greens finely.

Unroll a sheet of lavash and spread it with the mayonnaise-garlic mixture. Spread the minced meat on top (just leave a couple of cm from the edges) and sprinkle with herbs.

  • 750 g minced meat;
  • 5 eggs + 1 yolk;
  • 350-400 grams of fresh mushrooms;
  • cold clean water;
  • 1 PC. carrots;
  • 2 pcs. Luke;
  • 2 slices of bread;
  • freshly ground black pepper + salt.

Boil 3 hard-boiled eggs. We clean them and cut them into cubes (about 1x1 cm).

Three carrots on a large grater. Chop one onion into small cubes, and grind the second in a blender into a paste. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices.

Fry the chopped onion in hot oil until golden brown. Then add carrots and simmer. Then place the mushrooms in the frying pan, add salt and pepper. Stir the contents and simmer over medium heat until the excess liquid has completely evaporated. We do not cover the pan with a lid.

We pass the bread soaked in water and thoroughly squeezed through a meat grinder. Mix this gruel with onion mass, minced meat and 2 eggs. Salt and pepper, add water to the composition. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and beat the minced meat. Separate about a quarter of the minced meat (put it in a bowl). And put the rest of the meat mass on cling film. You need to form the minced meat into a rectangle 1.5 cm thick.

Place mushrooms and vegetables on the meat, just make an indentation of a couple of cm at the edge. Sprinkle chopped egg on top.

Carefully lift up the long edges of the meat rectangle (this is easier to do with cling film) and roll up. Cover it with the reserved minced meat on top. Place the roll on a greased baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the food there for 45-50 minutes. Then take it out and brush with beaten yolk. Increase the oven temperature to 200 degrees and place the baking sheet with the roll there again. Cook until browned.

List of ingredients:

  • 200 grams of pasta;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 400 grams of meat;
  • 2 pcs. onion;
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil;
  • 50 g butter;
  • 1 PC. carrots;
  • water;
  • 1 tbsp. tomato paste;
  • greens (parsley or dill);
  • freshly ground black pepper + salt to taste.

In a frying pan, mix oils - vegetable and butter. Fry the chopped onion here until golden brown. Then add grated carrots and simmer them. We put the minced meat here, salt and pepper it. Continue frying for about 5 minutes over medium-low heat.

Then put the pasta in the frying pan, mix it with meat and vegetables. Cover the vessel with a lid and simmer for all three minutes. Then sprinkle the dish with chopped herbs. The food is ready - it's time to taste it.

  • bell pepper - 2 pcs. (different colors);
  • white bread - 100 g;
  • milk - 200 ml;
  • mustard - tsp;
  • spices and salt;
  • vegetable oil for lubrication;
  • tomatoes and a bunch of herbs for decoration.

How to cook:

Start cooking by preparing the bell peppers. First, wash them and dry them. Then place foil on a baking sheet and place peppers on top. Bake the peppers in the oven for about half an hour until the skins are browned and soft. Turn the fruits over so they bake evenly.


When the peppers are ready, put them in a bag and leave them there to cool. This will help remove the skin from the fruit. Take the cooled fruit by the tail and peel off the skin, like a banana. Now carefully separate the pulp from the tail. The grains should remain with a tail. Cut the flesh of the peppers into strips and place on separate plates.

Heat the milk a little, crumble the bread into it. After 15-20 minutes the bread will swell and become soft. Squeeze it out of the milk and mix it with the minced meat in a cup. Add spices, salt and eggs with mustard to the cup. Divide the meat mixture into 4 parts.

Grease the mold with oil, and then place one part of the minced meat on the bottom of the mold. After the meat layer, add a layer of pepper (about 1/2 part) and cover with minced meat again. Repeat the layer of pepper, but this time of a different color and again place the minced meat on top. Place the remaining pepper on top and finish with a layer of meat.


You need to bake the dish for 35-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Serve the casserole directly in the pan or cut it into pieces like a cake. Garnish with small tomatoes and sprigs of herbs. Bon appetit!

Without turning off the heat, place the minced meat in the frying pan and mash it with a spatula so that there are no lumps. Fry the contents of the pan for at least 7-8 minutes.

Finely chop the dill, divide the greens into 2 parts: the first will be added to the dough, and the second to the filling. Sprinkle some of the greens into the pan and continue frying for a couple more minutes. Then you can remove the pan from the heat and let the filling cool.

Start kneading the pie dough. To do this, break a couple of eggs into a bowl and pour kefir into them. Stir the mixture with a mixer until smooth.

Pour the sifted flour with baking powder into a bowl, continue mixing the dough with a mixer. At the end, add oil and dill, stir again. Your dough should resemble thick sour cream.

Fill a greased pan with about ½ of the dough. As you fill, tap the sides of the mold to ensure there are no gaps. You can add the filling. Transfer the contents of the cooled frying pan into the dough and gently smooth it out with a spatula. Scatter the filling not only in the center, but also along the edges.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, sprinkle cheese shavings on top of the filling, and then fill it with the remaining dough. Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes.

  • a couple of bell peppers;
  • garlic head;
  • a pair of medium-sized onions;
  • seasoning mixture (paprika, chili, cumin, tsp);
  • pepper and salt.

How to cook:

Peel the garlic and onion. Remove the seeds from the bell peppers. Cut the vegetables into cubes, heat the oil in a saucepan and fry for 5-7 minutes. After a while, add the spices. Place the minced meat in a saucepan and break up any lumps with a spoon. Continue frying for another 10 minutes until the meat is almost done.

First, transfer the tomatoes to a bowl and mash the fruits with a fork. It is advisable to remove the skin too, otherwise it will be felt in the soup. Along with the juice, transfer the tomato pulp into a saucepan and bring the contents to a boil. After boiling, reduce the heat, cover the saucepan with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes.

When the soup is almost ready, add beans and corn to it, stir and turn off the heat after 8-10 minutes. Let it brew a little under the lid. The dish should be served with sour cream or mayonnaise.

If the soup is too thick, you can thin it a little: add a glass of boiled water and bring to a boil.

Minced beefsteak


A juicy steak made from homemade minced meat is an excellent option for a family dinner. I suggest making mushroom sauce with them, it turns out to be simply delicious. For a side dish, boil potatoes or make mashed potatoes.

Compound:

  • 600-650 g minced meat;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • a glass of breadcrumbs;
  • spices, salt.

For the sauce:

  • small onion – 1 pc.;
  • 300-350 g of fresh champignons;
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil;
  • 50 g flour;
  • 300 ml water;
  • mushroom flavored bouillon cube;
  • tbsp soy sauce;
  • 3-4 tbsp. sour cream;
  • pepper and salt.

How to cook:

Peel the onion, chop finely, mix with minced meat in a bowl. Then add crackers to the bowl, season the mixture with spices and add a little salt. Add water to the bowl and stir again. Leave the cup aside for 10-15 minutes and let the contents sit.

Turn on the oven to 190 degrees. Place a sheet of foil on a baking sheet and lightly grease with oil. Make small cakes from the meat mixture and place them on a baking sheet so that they do not touch each other. Place the pan with the steaks in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.


Start preparing the sauce. Chop the onion and cut the mushrooms into cubes. Pour oil into the frying pan; when it is hot, add the mushrooms and onions into the frying pan. Fry for about 6-8 minutes.

Add flour little by little to the pan and stir. Add water and crushed cubes to the mushrooms. Bring the sauce to a boil, and then add soy sauce and sour cream. Once the sauce returns to a boil, turn off the heat and cover the contents of the pan with a lid.
