Ready, which is left over from cooking, for example, pies, it is quite possible to use it for making pizza. Also, previously made dough, in pieces, can be frozen in the freezer and after defrosting the right amount, it can be used to prepare the base of homemade pizza. This time I had leftover dough from mushroom pies, so I decided to quickly make a homemade pizza with sausage, tomatoes and marble cheese, which my son loves very much. Along the way, step by step I took a photo of the cooking process. Now I am sharing this simple recipe of my favorite dish.

So we need:

- ready-made yeast dough - 100-150 grams;
- marble cheese - 100 grams;
- sauce (based on ketchup and mayonnaise) - 30 grams;
- tomato - 1 piece;
- sausage or smoked meat - 100-150 grams;
- premium wheat flour - for dusting the working surface;
- vegetable oil (odorless) - for lubricating the form.

How to make pizza from ready-made yeast dough

First you need to prepare a piece of yeast dough about 100-150 grams, depending on the desired size of the future pizza.

Roll out a piece of dough on a floured surface. The layer of dough should be thin and the size of the baking sheet on which the pizza will be baked. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. I ran out of baking paper, so I sent it with a baking sleeve. Lubricate the paper with vegetable oil. Lay out the rolled out dough, flattening the baking sheet.

Prepare pink sauce from ketchup and mayonnaise. To do this, mix 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 1-2 teaspoons of ketchup in a deep container of a small size. Blend until smooth to form a pink sauce. Brush the surface of the dough with the sauce.

Wash the tomato, remove the tail. Cut into four pieces, and then into pieces about 5 millimeters thick. Cut sausage or smoked meat into pieces of arbitrary shape. How I cut - you can see in the photo.

Sprinkle the pizza base with tomato and sausage.

Grate marble cheese on a grater with medium holes.

Sprinkle on top of the sausage with tomatoes and send to the oven, preheated to 175 degrees. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, depending on the oven and the size of the pizza.

Take out the finished pizza with marble cheese and let cool.

It is important to cover the base with ketchup or mayonnaise, and only then lay out the filling. A closed puff pastry pizza will provide a slightly different option. After all, the filling will need to be covered with another layer and carefully fasten the edges. An open appetizer should be sprinkled with cheese, which I advise you to pre-grind with a home grater.
  • The snack is baked quickly. In my oven, I bake the dish for 15 minutes at most. When the pastry is ready, I remove it from the baking sheet to the dish and divide it into portions with a special knife with a wheel. Only then I serve it to the table to please my family with a delicious snack.

A step-by-step algorithm of actions with a photo to facilitate the cooking process:

  1. I defrost a pre-made store product for the base. Only then I divide it into 2 parts and overlap them on a baking sheet. This recipe does not indicate rolling out the mass, pay special attention to this. The edges need to be trimmed, making a round base. The remaining leftovers should be frozen in the freezer. On yeast-free puff pastry, you need to pierce holes in several places with a fork. I send it to bake in the oven at 200 gr. for 20 minutes. Watch the base so that it does not burn, because the power of the ovens is different for everyone, and therefore the baking time cannot accurately indicate the recipe.
  2. I rinse the mushrooms, wipe them with a paper towel and cut them into 2 parts lengthwise. Mushrooms should keep their shape. I put them in a pan, fry, mix well so that the mixture becomes covered with a delicious crust. Be sure to salt a lot. Turn the heat down and cook for 10 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. I cut the meat into small layers, after boiling it. Now I'm frying in a pan. I cut half of the pepper into small half-rings, and chop the cherry into 2 halves. It remains only to rub the TV. cheese on a grater, and Mozzarella cut into small thin slices.
  4. Sprinkle the finished base with TV. cheese, then cover with Mozzarella, mushrooms, meat, tomatoes and peppers. Decorate beautifully so that the appetizer looks appetizing.
  5. A delicious portioned pizza from puff yeast dough is baked in the oven for 10 minutes.
  6. I let it cool, and only then I divide it into portions to serve. The filling can be changed according to your tastes.

Components: 300 gr. yeast-free sl. test; 250 gr. minced meat and mushrooms; 80 gr. volume. sauce (take ketchup if desired); spices; salt; 20 gr. greens; 50 gr. Luke; 2 pcs. tomatoes; 300 gr. tv. cheese (preferably Russian).

Pizza is prepared from puff pastry without yeast in this way:

Action algorithm:

  1. I make a sauce of ketchup and mayonnaise, season it with herbs.
  2. I cut sausages into circles, onions into rings, rub cheese on a large grater. I chop the tomato into thin slices. I drain the marinade from the canned food and cut the contents smaller, my greens and chop.

Pizza with squid and salmon

Components: 70 gr. ketchup and onions; 250 gr. sl. dough (yeast) and TV. cheese; 2 pcs. squid; 100 gr. crab. sticks and salted salmon.

Action algorithm:

  1. I cut the onion into half rings; tomatoes and crab. sticks into smaller pieces.

The presented pizza recipes are simple, but to make the appetizer perfect, you need to know some secrets:

  • Lubricate the base with mayonnaise and ketchup sauce, or simply cover with ketchup.
  • The base must be pierced a couple of times with a fork before being sent to the oven, this will allow the cake to retain its shape.
  • I advise you to coat the layers. cheese. It needs a small amount. And to avoid a bland taste, add a couple of cloves of garlic, crushed in advance, to the prepared sauce.

In this case, the preparation of the filling comes down to the fact that you need to cut all the components. It is not necessary to follow the cutting order, except that it is better to cut the tomatoes last, otherwise they will give a lot of juice.

Cut sausage into cubes. Since this is a simple recipe, you can get by with one type of sausage. But a few are more interesting, so boiled and smoked were taken (almost any servelat will do).

Before cutting the bell pepper, it should be washed and the middle with seeds removed (either with a circular motion of the knife, or cut in half and removed from each half). It does not hurt to rinse again with cold water and after that you can safely grind into cubes.

We rub cheese, it is possible on a coarse grater, it is possible smaller. Coarsely grated cheese on pizza looks better, baked in a kind of mesh. And the smaller the chips, the more it will melt in the oven. Therefore, here the choice is for an amateur.

If it takes you a long time to prepare the pizza toppings, then it is also advisable to grate the cheese towards the end. Because it usually dries up.

Tomatoes, like any other vegetables, should be washed before cutting, remove the crust at the point of attachment to the bush (triangular incision). And cut into pieces of the same size.

Let's cook pizza in the oven.

Lubricate the baking sheet with vegetable oil to prevent burning.

At this point, you can already preheat the oven by turning on 180-200 ° C (a flame slightly above average) 15 minutes before you put the pizza pan there.

Roll out the pizza base dough.

The risen ready dough should be kneaded before cooking. To roll it out properly, you need wheat flour. She should sprinkle the surface where you will turn the dough into a thin layer, as well as hands and a rolling pin so that it does not stick and does not tear.

After the longitudinal and transverse movements of the rolling pin, we roll out our dough into a pancake 0.5-1 cm thick (preferably less than 1 cm). It is advisable not to make a thick base on the pizza. Otherwise, the taste of the dough will interrupt the taste of the filling.

And by transferring our “pancake” to a baking sheet, for which you can wind it on a rock and unwind it on a baking sheet. So you maintain its integrity and protect it from stretching and tearing.

Then, layer by layer, arrange all the components of our filling evenly on the rolled out dough, wrap the edges and sprinkle with seasonings, herbs and grated cheese.

The recommended order is boiled sausage, cucumbers, peppers, smoked sausage, tomatoes and cheese on top. In fact, this is only called layer by layer, in fact, all products are located approximately in the same plane, otherwise the pizza would be very thick.

Baking pizza in the oven.

After all the operations done, put the baking sheet with our pizza in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the dough is baked (the thinner the dough, the less time).

When done, take the pizza out of the oven and place on a cutting board. Cover with waterproof paper and top with a towel. Let it brew for 10 minutes. So the crust will be softer. Then you can cut and enjoy.
